How can I gain access to M4Muscle?

If you are a guy that is serious about exercise, be sure to send in pictures, training tips, or other relevant information. You can get a free membership via the ShareWeb system.

Need help? If you are interested in connecting with someone in your area, post a message on the GYM TALK Board. There you will find messages from other muscle men from all over the world.

How to Buy a Membership

For immediate access to the site, you can also buy a membership in our secure ShareWeb store.

Alternatively, you can send a check or money order with a description of your order to the address above. Be sure to include your e-mail address and the same information needed on our the order form.
